You have been incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciate all the effort and care you have put into making our stay comfortable. The room was wonderful, and the thoughtful touches such as the fruits and champagne were a very pleasant surprise and made a big difference for us. Thank you as well for arranging the parking it was very convenient and much appreciated. We have just finished settling in, and everything has been perfect so far. “Stayed for 3 nights, great staff who spoke English well. Lovely pool and and sauna. Rooms were a tiny bit dated but I love the old look so it sat perfectly well for me, the rooms were clean. Great location along the river and the market. Highly recommend.”
“Location is great and personnel super helpful. The rooms are very clean and you are provided with everything you need. Nice pool too. There are only 2 things that need improvement: 1. The breakfast. For a 4star hotel and for that amount of money, the variety's not enough. Have been in other Martims before, usually they have more breakfast options. 2. Missing plugs next to the bed. Other than that it's all been great and we had a great time with my husband! We would definitely come back!”
“Stayed for 4 nights, came for the Xmas markets. Staff were very professional and helpful. Lovely hotel. Only issue I had was I hardly slept the 1st night due to a constant noise. Spoke with the staff who moved me to another room but unfortunately the same noise was heard so ended up sleeping with my ear plugs in. Apart from the noise I found everything else in this hotel great. Clean rooms, lovely staff and great location.”
